Shipping policy

Eco-friendly, biodegradable materials are used to ship each order, including biodegradable bubble wrap, recycled paper and starch-based, water soluble packing peanuts.  Orders are generally shipped within 2 - 4 days. Great care is taken to package your crystals safely. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING within the US:

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once a package in the care USPS, we have no control over delivery times, dates, or any delays that may occur. Please contact your local post office regarding delays or missing packages. We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged orders while en route and in the care of the USPS.  All packages shipped within the USA will include tracking.  Once your order ships you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and the tracking number. Orders should be received within 2 - 5 business days after shipment.

If your package weighs more than one pound, it will automatically be shipped via USPS Priority mail.  This is a requirement of the USPS. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship worldwide! All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail International.  Once your order ships you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and the tracking number.  Delivery can take anywhere from 1 - 8 weeks to arrive, depending on the length of time your local customs office holds parcels for inspection. We cannot be responsible for any delays in delivery due to customs. We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged orders. Before making your purchase, please be aware that your country may charge you a customs fee at the time you receive your parcel. All custom duties and taxes imposed by your government are your responsibility. Customs duty and tax can be estimated by contacting your local postal service.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We ship to the payment address provided and cannot accept responsibility for misdirected packages. If a package is returned undelivered for any reason, you will be responsible to pay for additional shipping costs to have it mailed out a second time to the correct address.
