Fossilized cycad called Zamites feneonis from the late Jurassic period. This piece has been repaired, which you can see on the back of the piece. The fossilized fronds show delicate, parallel-veined leaves that look similar to a modern day fern. These plants lived near the coast of the Tethys oceans in what is now alpine France (the Jura mountains). Sourced at the France Gem show, 2026.
