From high up on the Argientiere Glacier of the Mont Blanc massif in France. A deep smoky cluster that's completely crystallized all the way around. Hematite makes it sparkle in the sun. Small inclusions of green epidote an be seen near the bottom. Comes with the stand pictured and 100% unpolished.
Found by a small group of "crystalliers" from Chamonix, France. They embark on week long journeys into the Mont Blanc massif mountain range in the French Alps. Highly skilled rock climbers, they are seasoned crystal hunters as well. Mechanical equipment and explosives are forbidden in this area of the French Alps. Everything is brought down by hand!
